OUR REFUND POLICY ...

We aim to delight our customers with our service, quality and variety of products. All the items we sell are in new, unused and clean condition, which is what our customers expect. For health and safety reasons, therefore, due to the personal nature of the headwear we sell, we ask that you select the items you purchase carefully as we do not refund or exchange items for reasons other than that the items are defective.

All items are carefully checked for any defect prior to shipping.  If, you do receive an item that is defective, please:
  1. Advise us by email immediately upon receipt of the defective item. so we can check our stock in hand to make sure we do not ship out any other possibly defective items.
  2. Post the item back to Hat Show by registered post within 3 days of receipt.
  3. We will post you an identical item (if available) and refund the return postage. If an identical item is not available, we will offer an alternative item or refund the cost of the item plus postage.

Head Measurements ...

Cancer Headwear is "one size fits most", being adjustable in most cases with elastic at the back of the neck and additional ties, or made from stretch cotton or bamboo fabric.  If you do have concerns, however, please advise the size of your head (measured around the head, just above the ears and from above the eyebrows to the nape of the neck), and usually we can custom-make a size to fit.

Hat Show Handmade Hats are made to fit a 22inch (56cms) head, which is average size, unless stipulated in the item description.  I will make custom sizes on request, whenever possible.  

For other men's hats and ladies' fashion hats, stick-on re-sizers that can be placed inside the headband of the hat are available from the website.
